Our Leadership

Bridget von Holdt

With over 30 years’ experience across Africa, Bridget leads Inzalo’s strategic and reputation advisory practice. A Fellow of PRISA and PRCA, and recipient of the PRISM Lifetime Achievement Award, she has served as ICCO Africa President and sits on the PRCA Ethics Committee. Her work continues to champion excellence, ethics, and collaboration across the continent.

Rob Latham

Rob brings over two decades of experience helping organisations make better, value-led decisions in complex and capital-intensive environments. His work focuses on Value Intelligence—the disciplined integration of strategy, data, and execution insight to ensure that investment, transformation, and growth initiatives deliver sustainable returns.
